1. Service Description

We provide a personalized digital service for dating profile optimization.
The service includes:

• analysis of uploaded profile screenshots and personal photos,
• generation of practical profile improvement recommendations,
• result delivery via website and email link.

The analysis is technically generated using services from OpenAI.

2. Personalized Service, No Refund Policy

This is a personalized digital service based on the specific content uploaded by the user.
Once service execution has started, there is no refund policy and no claim for reimbursement.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcome

The provided output consists of recommendations and suggestions only.
We do not guarantee:

• the correctness or completeness of any analysis output,
• the effectiveness of the recommendations,
• or that using the service will lead to more matches, replies, or dates on dating apps.

4. Data Deletion on Request

Users may request deletion of uploaded data and generated analysis results at any time.
Deletion can be initiated through the provided delete function on the results page or by contacting us.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for uploading only content they are authorized to use and for not submitting unlawful content.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

7. Final Provisions

German law applies to the extent legally permissible.
